Jennifer’s group class workouts are intense and require dedication and focus. We leave there feeling like we just did something awesome, and we’re proud of ourselves for doing it. The best part of the class is her encouragement. She’s really there right next to you, helping you not give up. When you’re trying to do push-ups after squats and jumping jacks and your arms are screaming “NO!!!”, Jennifer is right there doing push-ups next to you, telling you “YES. You can do it, Amy. My workouts with Jennifer in group classes were great! She’s very focused on making sure everyone knows what to do, provides lots of encouragement, and her plan for the workout is extremely organized.
