Here are a few tips to help you conquer the Challenge:
Join with a friend
Invite your friends to do the Challenge with you. Partnering with a “Challenge Buddy” not only makes the experience more fun, it will also help keep you in the game, especially on days when you’d rather hit the snooze button than get in your workout.
Set yourself up for success
Get a jump-start on the Challenge by cleaning out your pantry and refrigerator. Throw away any junk food, “not-so-healthy” options or any “food-like” substances that might make it harder for you to stay on the healthy eating track.
Check your schedule
There will never be a perfect time, so start organizing your schedule now. All you need is 35–40 minutes a day. Put your workouts into your schedule and prioritize it over the other things that will always try to creep in.
Be committed
You get out of any effort what you put into it. So, how badly do you want to achieve the results you’re looking for? Whether that’s losing weight, toning up or just feeling better? Having a buddy can help you stick with it. And I’m always here to support you.
