shutterstock_101532421Here’s another one of my favorite circuits combining the treadmill and strength training for a challenging, fun and calorie-burning workouts. It takes only about 21 minutes. Get your playlist ready and get to it!

Warm up at level 3.5 for 3 minutes

Sprint at level 6 for 15 seconds
Recover at level 3.9 for 15 seconds
Repeat for 3 minutes

Hop off the treadmill and do 15 pushups

Sprint at level 7 for 30 seconds
Recover at level 3.9 for 30 seconds
Repeat for 3 minutes

Do 15 jump squats

Sprint at level 8 for 15 seconds
Recover at level 3.9 for 30 seconds
Repeat for 3 minutes

Do 15 jumping jacks and 15 crunches

Sprint at level 8.5 for 15 seconds
Recover at level 3.9 for 30 seconds
Repeat for 3 minutes

Cool down at level 3 for 3 minutes
